Mohawk Residence Check In
- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. While we’ll do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, please note that these cannot be guaranteed.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Unfortunately, late check-outs will not be possible on the sold-out dates of June 4, 5, 6, and 7.
- Complimentary parking is included in the group rate for guests with confirmed reservations. License plates will be registered upon check-in. Guests should park in Lot P10 (Residence lot); if full, Lot P8may be used as overflow, provided it’s near the P8 area. (Refer to the attachment)
- For security and check-in purposes, unlisted guests on the reservations may not be able to check in unless the primary guest is present. All individuals staying in the suites, including the primary guest and any guests they are sharing with, must be listed on the reservation.
- Full payment for the stay is required at check-in. Please note that we are unable to process split payments at the front desk. Guests are welcome to coordinate shared expenses among themselves in advance. (or after)
- Accepted methods of payment include Visa or Mastercard, along with a valid, matching photo ID.

Please note that cooking utensils and dishes are NOT provided with the accommodation. You will need to bring whatever you need to prepare meals, if you choose to make your own.
