With the current uncertainty in the health crisis and not knowing when a vaccine will be available to the general public, the Festival Committee and OGEHR Board have decided to postpone the OGEHR May 2021 Festival, It's About Time.
We want our members to remain healthy and wait until safer times to get together. We intend to use our current plans for whatever date the festival is held. If you have purchased the music, please keep it for your future practices. We have contacted Kath Wissinger and Lisa Kyriakides to confirm their availability for May 2022. At this time, we are hoping to hold the Festival in June 2022 at St. Lawrence College in Kingston as originally planned.
We will keep you informed as time moves forward and let you know the Festival status by September 2021. In the meantime, we hope everyone stays safe and finds some bell music to enjoy if you can!
The following links are active to give you the info you need to prep for the festival in 2021.
What are you doing during these times to engage with your choir?
We'd love to hear what you are doing! You might be having virtual practices, or sharing favourite music. Check out Creative Connections on this site for what others are doing, and tell us about your activities. Contact Kim at firstname.lastname@example.org.
