We will be creating a Marketplace webpage to list all those who will be at the festival. Please provide us with a description we can use by clicking the "Vendor Description" link below. As well, any pictures you want us to use can be sent to Margaret Grozelle at the email listed below.

Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2025 OGEHR Festival.
Marketplace Room & Access
We feel that the site for the Marketplace at Mohawk College is one that benefits both vendors and ringers.
- It is close to the cafeteria to promote traffic.
- The room will be locked when not in use.
- Access for loading in and out is close top the marketplace room and is on the same level.

Most vendors set up on the Thursday afternoon (between 2:00 and 5:00) but you may set up on the Friday morning (between 8:00 and 10:00). We will have volunteers available to help you unload and move your items. In May, I will be in touch regarding parking, building access and elevator use.
The Silent Auction Table will be set up near the Market Place. If you can have an item ready for this table I will collect it from you. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
