It will be wonderful to ring together again for the first time in four years. We will use our current plans (theme and music) at the 2023 Festival at St. Lawrence College in Kingston. Our conductors, Kath Wissinger and Lisa Kyriakides, have confirmed their availability

Theme and Logo
The Festival theme is It’s About Time which speaks to our Time to ring bells together again, Time signatures and changes of Time in the themes of our chosen pieces. It is also Time to think of our relations with Indigenous peoples as we spend quiet Time near the waters of Lake Ontario. Our logo designer, OGEHR member Madeline Lang, has created an image of Kingston’s iconic limestone City Hall, the First Capital of Canada, with its bell tower and clock. It’s About Time the bell festival returned to Kingston, The Limestone City!
